Termite Control

- Time that has elapsed since pre-treat which means that the chemicals may now be too weak to prevent termites from entering structure. The harsh desert soil deteriorates the chemical within five (5) years.Desert terrain is conducive to termite reproduction.
- Your home, if chemically unprotected, provides and ideal environment for termites.
- The queen termite may live for as long as fifty (50) years under or near your structure and may lay one billion eggs during her lifetime.
- The termite colony may consist of 250,000 workers eating away at your home at any given time.
- Wood piles, fences and earth -to-wood contact give termites easy entry when no chemical is there to protect your home.
- Termites seek dark, dry shelter when it rains.

- The chemicals we apply are E.P.A. sanctioned and approved synthetic pyrethroids. These chemicals are environmentally low toxicity for humans, animals, and all plant life. There are no chlorinated hydrocarbons used in treatment.
